Hunt Node

Map out your investigation, track findings, and see your effort at a glance.

Basics

• Right-clickTap and hold the canvas to add a node
• Double-clickDouble-tap a node to edit it
• Drag a node to reposition it
• ScrollPinch to zoom

Connecting Nodes

• Use Link Mode, then tap a source node followed by a target node
• Or right-clicktap and hold a node → Create Edge or Add & Connect Child Node
• Right-clickTap and hold a link to remove it

Node Types & Status

A node's fill color normally shows its type, matching the Node Types legend. If it's marked True Finding, Detection Opportunity, or False Positive, it switches to a shaded status color with a ring around it so it stands out on the canvas. All four statuses (including Active) are also summarized in the stats panel - click a listed node there to jump straight to it.

Level of Effort (LoE)

Each node tracks Complexity and Uncertainty (1-21 each, summing to its LoE) plus Time spent. The stats panel shows the mean and total across your hunt.

Saving

Export downloads your hunt as a JSON file, Import loads one back in, and Center fits the view to all nodes.
